Anik Roy

Anik is 8 years old and attends year 3 at the Airport school in Kolkata, India. His teachers say that he is friendly and enjoys playing outdoor games. Anik’s favorite subject is English.

Anik lives with his mother and father in a brick house with a concrete roof. His father is a clothes seller and his mother is a home maker. Although they work hard to support Anik, it is very difficult to support the family and his education on the fathers sole income.
