This form allows you to indicate whether you grant or deny permission for Mission of Mercy Canada to share your personal and financial information with Emergency Relief and Development Overseas (ERDO - Charitable Registration Number: 87591 2701 RR0001). This authorization is necessary as Mission of Mercy transitions the ongoing ministry in India to our trusted partners at ERDO. Without your permission, we are unable to share your information with ERDO, and as a result we would not be able to continue processing your child sponsorship or other donations through this new arrangement. We are deeply grateful for your continued prayerful and financial support, and your authorization will help ensure that this important work can continue without interruption.
